Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to purchase and use ReaSetlist LIVE.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software subject to the following conditions:

• One (1) license is valid for up to five (5) machines
• Machines must be owned or controlled by you
• The license is for personal or professional use, but not for redistribution

This is a license, not a sale of the Software or its intellectual property.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Software
• Share license keys publicly or with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Modify or create derivative works of the Software
• Circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

The Software is sold as a digital product.

• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider
• We do not store or process payment information
• All sales are final, unless otherwise required by law
• No refunds are provided once the Software has been downloaded or activated

5. Updates & Changes

The Software includes an automatic update system. By using the Software, you agree that:

• The Software may automatically download and install updates
• Updates may modify, add, or remove features
• Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of changes

6. User Data & Content

All setlists, REAPER project data, and application settings:

• Are stored locally on your machine
• Remain entirely under your control
• Are not backed up or monitored by us

You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. Use of the Software in live or production environments is at your own risk. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or show interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and where applicable, the laws of the Province of Québec, without regard to conflict of law principles.
